Brief Overview

 

Each day will be divided into two segments, improving individuals athleticism and on court skill abilities. Our goal is to introduce players to many of the drills and physical training they will see at the next level along with the intensity they will be expected to perform at. Provided is a brief outline and summary of the week, with each week progressing into the next.

 

Movement Training: Drills used with elite athletes to improve athleticism and co-ordination. Important strength work to build the foundation necessary for a basketball player.

 

Skill Development: Advanced concepts and drills used at the collegiate, professional and national team level. Alternative learning to aid in athletic success such as; mental toughness, fitness testing, recovery, video/scouting and more.
